Sarah has been a CAR Certified Independent Transaction Coordinator for over 7 years. She also became a licensed Realtor® in 2020. Sarah’s responsibility is to ensure our clients have acknowledged all brokerage and state required disclosures, documents and reports prior to the close of escrow. As a Licensed, Certified Transaction Coordinator, she provides ease of mind to both agents and clients alike, knowing their transaction will be handled professionally and in a time efficient manner.
